Pure ten-thousand-ton forging of wheel hub blades
The aluminum rods used for forging the wheel hub are military-grade T6061 aluminum, which are cut into the sizes required for manufacturing the wheels. Using a forging press of over 10,000 tons, the preheated aluminum is forged into billets by direct forging. The billets are then spun into shape using a vertical spinning machine with three-spindle wheels, each capable of exerting up to 25 tons per rotation. Therefore, it can withstand very high pressure.
